This Privacy Policy explains the data practices of F5 Exterior Cleaning (“F5,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you visit our website, request an estimate, book or receive services, contact us, or participate in our SMS program. By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Contact and account details: name, service address, billing address, email address, and telephone number.
Service information: property details, requested services, estimates, appointments, communications, photographs you provide, and service history.
Transaction information: invoices, payment status, and limited payment-related data. Payment processors may handle full card details under their own privacy notices.
Website and device data: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and similar usage information collected through cookies or comparable technologies.
SMS information: your mobile number, opt-in date and method, consent records, message content, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide estimates and cleaning services; schedule and manage appointments; send service, account, and billing communications; respond to questions; process payments; improve and secure our website and operations; maintain consent and suppression records; comply with law; and, where you have opted in, send occasional promotional messages.
4. SMS privacy and consent
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This commitment includes your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent. We do not transfer your SMS consent to any other business.
If you expressly opt in, F5 may send texts about estimates, appointments, service updates, account or billing matters, feedback requests, and occasional promotions. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, but you may receive up to 4 messages per month, except additional transactional messages may be sent when needed to complete or update a service you requested. 5. When we disclose information
We may disclose non-SMS information to vendors that help us operate our business—such as website hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, payment processing, and professional advisers—subject to appropriate confidentiality or data-protection obligations. Service providers that support message delivery may process mobile information only to provide messaging services on our behalf, not for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of business assets. Any successor remains subject to the mobile-information restrictions stated above.
6. Your choices
You may request access to or correction or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in an email and opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Your browser may also allow you to limit cookies. We may retain limited records needed to honor opt-outs, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, or resolve disputes.
7. Security, retention, and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, and operational needs.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
