SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the F5 Exterior Cleaning text messaging program. When you opt in, you may receive automated or non-automated texts from F5 about estimate requests, appointments, arrival and service updates, account or billing matters, customer-care follow-ups, feedback requests, and occasional promotions or special offers.
The program is offered by F5 Exterior Cleaning, 367 Cherrydale Avenue, Front Royal, VA 22630. These SMS Terms apply only to text messages and supplement any other terms governing our services.
2. Consent to receive messages
By submitting your mobile number through an F5 opt-in form, checking an unchecked SMS consent box, signing a written consent form, or otherwise providing express consent directly to F5, you authorize F5 Exterior Cleaning to send the categories of text messages described at the point of consent to the mobile number you provide.
Your consent applies only to F5 Exterior Cleaning. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to give this consent.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number. F5 does not buy, sell, or transfer SMS consent.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, except additional transactional messages may be sent as needed to complete or update a service you requested—for example, messages concerning an estimate, active appointment, schedule change, payment, or support conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. F5 does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program, but your mobile carrier’s message, data, and other charges may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.
4. Opt-out and help
STOP
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, no further program messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.
HELP
Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (540) 660-5698.
Requests using other recognized opt-out words—such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE—may also be honored. For reliable processing, send the keyword as a standalone reply to the number that messaged you.
5. Eligibility and participation
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and use a supported U.S. mobile number. The program may not be available through every carrier or device. F5 may suspend or end the program, or your participation in it, at any time. We may revise these terms; material changes affecting consent will apply prospectively.
6. Delivery and carrier responsibility
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. F5 is not responsible for messages that cannot be delivered because of an inactive or incompatible number, network conditions, carrier filtering, or inaccurate information.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Vendors supporting message delivery may process this information only to provide services on our behalf.
